Features:

    ZAD50 OM is an orchestra model acoustic guitar. Back and sides as well and the neck and headstock are made out of pure mahogany for better sound quality. Sitka Spruce is used for the top, laminated high gloss. It also has 20 frets. Its 15% smaller than other OM model which is perfect for me and other guitarists who have trouble holding down on full size guitars. Great professional set-up

Action, Fit and Finish:

    Great set-up and action is amazing. The top wood grains as perfectly done as well. Great finish and flawless. It’s a beautiful guitar that you’ll enjoy playing anytime. Not only that, it’s easier to play because of the customized body of the guitar and it’s smaller than other OM models. Everything was in tune when delivered. It also has great guitars case. 

Sound Quality: 

     Great rich sound. It has this rich tone that brings out the beauty of each song. Very standard tone making it easy to remember the chords even juts by hearing. Perfect frets, no buzzing or ringing sounds. The sound quality is far better than other guitars of the same price. 

Overall Impression:

      Best guitar ever. Not only it has great sound quality and great finish, it’s pretty easy to use.  The sound stays the same no matter how long you play it. Fingers don’t get sore easily and it’s pretty relaxing to use. Highly recommended to beginner guitarists and even professionals looking for an easier but great guitar to play.

I just wanted to let you know that I'm still in love with my ZAD20E it’s so amazing, and I'm getting so many compliments about it all the time, the design of it and especially the sound of it. 

Sunday I played it at church it was unreal how beautiful it sounded mixed with my friend playing the piano and this was the first time me playing it amplified! Words can't explain how happy I am with this guitar, my playing has increased by 50 percent I'm sure of it and I practice every day.

What can I say the Zager guitar is so beautiful it came packed in the really nice case and as soon as I unpacked it and played a few strings on it I could tell immediately that is was so much easier on my fingers. Before, I could only practice a few minutes without my fingers feeling the pain. 

But, with your guitar it made practicing a whole lot easier. You can tell that there is alot of love put into the making of this instrument. It's such a gorgeous guitar. Thank you so much Dennis and Mr. Zager for the wonderful guitar! 

 All I can say is if someone purchase any other instrument other than a Zager there throwing their money away. The fast shipment, the fast replies and the packaging was wonderful.

I received my ZAD20e today. First, I want to thank Denny, Dennis, and Jill for incredible customer service. You are the Best! What a beautiful looking, sounding, and playing guitar. It is better than I expected.

After listening to my friend, who owns a very nice Martin d-15, get very defensive, and reading blogs from Martin and Taylor owners, who have never touched a Zager, get very argumentative and sometimes downright nasty, I finally decided that all the Zager owners, many of whom have other guitars, must like them for a reason. 

Now I know it was the right choice. I just love playing this zager guitar. And the personal touches and extras just add to the experience.

I recommend everyone trying one for themselves.

How did you hear about this brand?
I heard about it on the internet and found a link on Ebay while searching for other guitars.

How does this guitar compare with your old guitar, other guitars, or guitars you've tried in stores?
My Zager has better sound than the Martin and Taylors that I owned. The action is way better than both of those guitars. I can play for at least an hour longer everyday and it is more rewarding to play as it is easier on the fingers. I do a lot of jams and more often than not 3-4 people gather around after the jam to try my Zager. My guitar stands out amongst the others in the jam. The sound is more crisp and the volume is great even without the amp. When I plug it into the amp people cannot believe the quality. I do not have to tune this guitar as often as the Martin and Taylors and when I do it just has to be moved a 1000th of an inch to bring it right on. I have never owned a guitar that has kept tuned as nice as this one. I sit next to others in my jam sessions who have Martins and Taylors and they cannot believe the quality of the sound that is coming from my guitar.

What's your favorite part about this guitar?
The quality of the sound and the quality of the guitar. I really take pride in taking this guitar out of the case and putting it on display. I am really proud to own this guitar.

If you didn't know the price of this guitar what would you estimate the price to be?
I would estimate this guitar to be in the 2500 to 3000 range.

How would you rate customer support?
Customer support is the best I have ever experienced. Zager takes pride in having \"delighted happy customers\". I am planning to buy another guitar from Zager.

Would you recommend this guitar to others…if so why?
I am planning to buy another Zager. That is the best recommendation anyone can make. Its one thing to say your happy with the product you bought, its another to say your are so happy that you want to buy another one.

The quality of this guitar is amongst the finest that I have seen. The Abalone inlay is stunning. The action on this guitar is the best I have ever had. Zager has the best web site I have seen. Zager does not ship to Canada so I had mine shipped to the closest US border city. I drove 120 miles to pick it up.
